Dr Ilana completed her medical degree at Monash University and then spent several years in the hospital system working in various fields including paediatrics, surgery and obstetrics. She then specialised in General Practice and has worked in the Bayside area for 11 years.
She has completed further postgraduate training, including a diploma in paediatrics, through Sydney University.
Dr Ilana is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly women’s and children’s health from pre-conception counselling, pregnancy, breastfeeding and infant health to adolescence.
She is trained in minor procedures including the insertion of Implanon and excision of skin lesions.
